Welcome to the new Virtual EMS site!  At this site you may go to "Browse" and view a calendar of events. 

 

Spaces currently available to view and request in Virtual EMS:

   The Student Center

   Outdoor Spaces and intramural fields

   The Little House

 

If you'd like to make a reservation and do not have an account, please call the Information Center, 304-876-5497, and one of our staff will assist you.  It may take as much 48 hours to create your account, so you may tell the Information Center staff that you would, in the meantime, like to do a telephone reservation with them.  If you currently have an account go to "My Account" and and click on "Log-in".

 

 Once you've logged in, you may go to the Reservations menu and select an option to make a request or view your currently pending requests.  When you are finished with the site, please return to "My Account" and "Log-out".
